Coke Florida is hiring a Senior Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and Risk Trainer to lead the regional execution of its enterprise-wide PIT safety, certification, recertification, auditing, and risk-management program. The role serves as the subject matter expert for PIT operations, operator competency, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facilities, while partnering with EHSS, Risk Management, Human Resources, Operations, and site leadership. Responsibilities include developing standards, conducting audits and incident investigations, coaching operators and managers, creating regional safety metrics and reports, and maintaining OSHA and company compliance. The position is based in the Hollywood, Orlando, or Jacksonville office and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of material-handling equipment experience, five or more years of classroom and one-on-one training experience, and experience supporting multi-site operations.
