Description
The Learning & Development Coordinator provides end-to-end administrative and tactical support for learning and development operations, including LMS enrollment and compliance tracking, training logistics, room and resource coordination, trainer scheduling, materials preparation, vendor and purchasing operations, reporting, and facilitation of new-hire activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of administrative or support experience in learning and development or a related field, LMS administration experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and project-management skills. The anticipated salary is $21.25 to $30.75 per hour, with health insurance and other benefits available for employees working 30 or more hours per week.
