AWS is hiring a Sr. Training Operations Specialist for its Global Delivery team in AWS Training & Certification. The role orchestrates virtual and in-person training operations across EMEA, including trainer resourcing, LMS setup, customer provisioning, request evaluation, scheduling, billing, vendor coordination, and operational improvements. It requires at least five years of team coordination experience, strong communication skills, fluent English and Spanish, and experience with legal, finance, contract, procurement, and billing processes. The position also prefers experience in a multinational technology company, trainer resource management, LMS and CRM systems, and EMEA language proficiency.
