ABB is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to lead training needs assessments, competency development, learning-program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation for salaried employees in the Smart Power business in Apodaca, Nuevo León. The role partners with HR Business Partners, people managers, functional leaders, employees, and external learning providers, maintains job profiles and training documentation, and supports audits and management-system compliance. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, fluent English, and strong stakeholder-management and organizational skills.
