CJ Schwan’s is hiring a Senior Utilities Planner for its new Asian-style food manufacturing facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role leads utilities planning and scheduling, coordinates maintenance activities across operations, engineering, and other departments, prepares work orders and job kits, manages CMMS records and preventative maintenance programs, and supports equipment reliability and regulatory compliance. Candidates need an associate technical degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years in refrigeration, boiler maintenance, utilities planning, or manufacturing operations, and SAP CMMS experience is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $125,000 annually plus a potential 10% annual incentive bonus and comprehensive health benefits.
