Cosm is hiring a Sr. UX Product Designer to own the design direction and end-to-end delivery of internal and B2B backend tools. The role covers information architecture, system design, workflow audits, AI-assisted prototyping, stakeholder presentations, collaboration with engineering and data teams, and mentoring other designers. Candidates need 7+ years of technical product design experience, strong UX and information architecture skills, a design-system background, Figma proficiency, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
