The role combines strategic consulting, business transformation advisory, financial modeling, executive engagement, and value-realization methodologies to develop business cases, ROI and TCO models, transformation roadmaps, and demonstration use cases. It requires consultative selling, executive relationship management, digital transformation and AI readiness expertise, cloud modernization, enterprise architecture, change management, and solution mapping.
