Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Vapor Etch Process Engineer at its Boise semiconductor manufacturing site to develop, qualify, and optimize vapor-phase cleaning and etch processes for advanced DRAM manufacturing. The role owns high-volume process modules, improves defectivity and process performance through data-driven analysis, performs root-cause investigations using SPC, FDC, FMEA, and 8D methodologies, and partners with equipment, integration, and yield teams to improve yield, cost, productivity, and process stability. Candidates need a BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent experience, at least two years of vapor etch process experience, and hands-on experience with vapor etch equipment and process optimization.
