OpenText is hiring a Senior Variable Compensation Analyst in Waterloo, Canada, to support sales teams with commission calculations, compensation-plan communication, reporting, audits, process improvement, and compensation modeling. The role oversees analyst processes, establishes standardized methodologies, identifies automation opportunities, and coordinates with business lines and senior executives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of business, financial, or metrics and reporting experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and preferably prior sales compensation experience; Anaplan or Xacty experience is an asset. The salary range is $76,800 to $115,200.
