Description
The Sr. Warehouse Manager directs large-scale distribution and warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound materials movement, inventory control, shipping, transportation, KPI management, and continuous improvement. The role leads up to 20 warehouse associates, manages SAP and warehouse management systems, supports automated warehouse technologies, and ensures compliance with GMP, regulatory, and ISO requirements. It requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent, 8–10 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, SAP and inventory-control expertise, and experience in a lean or regulated environment. The primary work location is San Jose, California, with a stated annual salary range of $134,100 to $214,500 USD.
