Description
Bosch is seeking a Warehouse and Automation Manager to split responsibilities between approximately 50% warehouse and operations management and 50% automation project leadership. The role leads warehouse teams and associates, oversees daily operations and budgets, manages inventory and compliance, improves processes through Lean or Six Sigma, and coordinates logistics partners. It also develops the distribution center’s automation strategy, leads AS/RS, AMR, goods-to-person, robotic picking, and sortation projects through implementation and go-live, prepares ROI business cases, manages vendors and project risks, and leads change management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center management experience, and strong leadership, project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
