Candescent is hiring a Senior Web Developer to lead Webflow development from an India office. The role combines hands-on technical work—building and troubleshooting complex Webflow sites, CMS structures, custom code, integrations, and performance—with senior leadership of the India-based web development team. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, reviewing and documenting work, coordinating with the US-based Digital Experience lead, and ensuring quality, accessibility, SEO, analytics, and marketing-system integrations. The position requires 6–9 years of web development experience, including at least 3 years with production Webflow sites and 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
