Marsh is hiring a Senior Windows Server Administration Analyst to join its Systems Administration team in Mexico City - Paseo. The role supports back-end systems and applications, contributes to NERA, Actuarial, OWG, and Marsh initiatives, leads small to mid-size projects, performs root cause analysis, manages technology assets and provisioning, escalates incidents, and mentors team members. It requires a degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development, at least four years of Windows Server Administration experience, and knowledge of Windows, networking, Active Directory, M365, and server configuration. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
