Description
The Workday Administrator supports QTS’s Workday user community and maintains the security, availability, and confidentiality of the Workday platform. Responsibilities include user support, data changes, reporting, training collaboration, platform enhancements, change management, test-environment maintenance, user provisioning, security monitoring, incident response, integration monitoring, and vendor enhancement requests. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, at least seven years of HR and finance information systems administration experience, two years in finance or human resources, and Workday Finance and HCM experience or willingness to complete company-paid training.
