Description
ERCOT is hiring a P3-level Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical authority and architectural lead across its Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand, and related ERP product suite. The role owns functional and business-process architecture, releases, change management, reporting and analytics, integrations, security, audit and regulatory compliance, production support, vendor management, documentation, and mentoring of P1 and P2 analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of related experience, including at least three years of Workday and/or Cornerstone configuration, administration, or development experience and one year of leadership on complex cross-module or cross-platform ERP initiatives. The position is based in Taylor, Texas, with at least two days per week on-site and remote work from Texas, and offers an expected salary of $109,000 to $150,000.
