Amazon is hiring a Senior Network Performance Analyst – AI Transformation to join its Network Strategy and Performance team and help plan, staff, and optimize its Customer Service network. The role owns network capacity execution, staffing accuracy, labor-cost projections, KPI governance, workforce wellness and occupancy management, process standardization, AI-driven automation, and team leadership across multiple countries. It requires at least five years of cross-functional experience, five years of team management experience, five years of cross-functional project delivery experience, two years of supply chain experience, and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; senior leadership communication, a master's degree, and seven years of supply chain experience are preferred.
