Forescout is hiring a Senior Workforce Fraud Manager to lead the detection, prevention, investigation, and mitigation of workforce-related fraud across employees, candidates, contractors, and contingent workers. The role develops fraud prevention strategies, analyzes identity and recruiting signals, conducts investigations, coordinates with HR, Legal, Information Security, IT, and other stakeholders, and recommends controls and training. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of relevant investigative, audit, compliance, employee relations, fraud risk, security, or related experience, and strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills.
