GAF is hiring a Senior Workforce Planning and HR Analytics Analyst to support Workday Adaptive Planning and One Model HR Analytics while improving HR Centers of Excellence capabilities. The role develops workforce data structures and models, transforms data from HCM, payroll, workforce management, and other sources, builds scalable reporting and automation solutions, validates and reconciles data, and supports workforce data governance. The position requires experience with complex datasets, data modeling, data quality and governance, business intelligence, and reporting tools, along with strong cross-functional communication and data security knowledge. The base salary range is $84,000-$115,500, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
