The role focuses on developing and maintaining space-utilization and operational dashboards, analyzing badge, sensor, and reservation data, supporting headcount and space forecasting, and delivering data-driven recommendations for capacity planning, real-estate strategy, workplace design, maintenance, vendor performance, and facility health. The analyst will collaborate with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams and present findings to leadership.
