AWS is hiring a Business Development Specialist for its Worldwide Specialist Organization Data Migration and Modernization team. The role leads go-to-market and sales motions across sales, marketing, partners, product, training, and professional services; develops field enablement and sales strategies; supports solution building for high-priority customers; provides market signals to product roadmaps; owns GTM reporting; and represents AWS at industry events. The position requires at least five years of professional or military experience, including Go-to-Market, business development, sales, consulting, data and AI technologies, program management, workforce strategy, executive communication, cross-functional program management, and complex multi-year initiative leadership. The role is available in multiple United States locations with base salaries ranging from $147,900 to $220,200 annually.
