Description
april is hiring an SRE / DevOps Lead to own the reliability, scalability, security, and IT function of its GCP-based platform serving financial and tax customers. The role leads two SREs, sets technical direction for Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, on-call practices, incident response, capacity planning, and SOC 2, SOC 1, STIG, and IRS compliance; and manages identity, endpoint, and SaaS infrastructure. Candidates need 7+ years of SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, including at least one year leading engineers, along with hands-on GCP production experience, programming or scripting ability, observability expertise, and experience in regulated environments.
