Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Site Reliability Engineer to support and improve its Code Quality Service platform and Developer Pipeline integrations. The role provides operational subject-matter expertise, troubleshoots technical issues, manages customer expectations, analyzes root causes, monitors infrastructure stability and performance, upgrades products, adopts AI-enabled technologies, identifies automation opportunities, and manages infrastructure risk and compliance. Candidates need 5–8 years of SRE experience, technical support and software deployment experience, Linux shell scripting, developer pipeline knowledge, and at least two years of hands-on Code Quality experience; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is also required.
