Citi is hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and enablement for collaboration services such as Jira and Confluence, including integration with developer pipelines, on-premise-to-cloud migration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, infrastructure monitoring, product upgrades, automation, and AI adoption. The role requires 5–8 years of technical support experience, strong collaboration-platform knowledge, Linux, Java, LDAP, Active Directory, and database skills, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
