Description
HARMAN is hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Tech Lead in Hod-Hasharon, Israel, to lead technology staff and oversee the reliability architecture and operations of Harman Software Products solutions. The role reports to the Director of Operations, manages technical teams, supports customer service and RFP responses, owns cloud and application performance and capacity, and handles troubleshooting and service restoration. It requires extensive software services and automotive experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and expertise in cloud, Kubernetes, Java, databases, edge computing, messaging protocols, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automotive cybersecurity. The position is hybrid, requiring office work three days per week and approximately 15% travel.
