Description
Xerox is hiring a full-time SRM Program Manager in Shenzhen, China, to own supplier relationships and governance, manage supplier performance and corrective actions, lead commercial negotiations and cost management, execute RFQ and sourcing activities, oversee supplier risk and contract governance, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and use analytics and digital tools for continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in global sourcing, supplier relationship management, procurement, commodity management, contract manufacturing, or manufacturing supply chain, direct Tier 1 supplier experience, strong negotiation and supplier-governance skills, and proficiency with Excel, dashboards, procurement systems, and market data.
