Description
VERSANT is hiring a System Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead to improve the reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and resilience of its software, production, and platform systems. Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure, the role partners with software, production, platform, and infrastructure teams to implement reliability standards, build end-to-end and integration testing frameworks, scale load and performance testing, support capacity planning, improve monitoring and alerting, participate in incident response, and mentor engineers. The position requires at least five years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or infrastructure, along with production-system troubleshooting, testing, cloud, distributed systems, CI/CD, and debugging experience.
