Description
ProcDNA is seeking an Engagement Lead – Analytics to partner with client leadership, build advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions, analyze complex healthcare and pharmaceutical datasets, implement statistical models, and lead and mentor team leads. The role requires 5–7 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting experience, including at least 3 years in the United States, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, strong project-management and communication skills, and experience with healthcare consulting activities such as IC, Ops, Design, Implementation, Goal Setting, Sales Crediting, Eligibility, Contests, Awards, Targeting, Call Planning, Sizing, Alignment, and Segmentation.
