IPSI is hiring an SSI Business Unit Manager to oversee the activity and development of an SSI business unit in a region. The role manages sales, projects, maintenance, service activities, profit centers, key accounts, KPI reporting, quality, safety, and environmental compliance, while leading multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a Bac+5 degree in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or public works, experience as a business or profit center manager in fire safety or a similar field, knowledge of SSI standards and project management, strong communication and analytical skills, and a category B driving licence. The position offers a day-based annual working time arrangement, compensation based on experience, meal allowance, bonuses, profit-sharing, and a company car with fuel card, electronic toll badge, computer, and smartphone.
