Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer supports Ford’s new-model launch by managing supplier engagement, APQP and PPAP readiness, supplier selection, milestone and quality-review documentation, PPAP timing, supplier quality issues, and onsite launch support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience, knowledge of STA quality and new-model launch systems, English proficiency, and approximately 50–75% travel to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It is a hybrid position with salary grades 7 and 8 ranging from $84,480 to $162,160, and visa sponsorship is not available.
