Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer supports Ford’s new-model launch by managing supplier engagement, APQP and PPAP readiness, supplier selection, milestone and launch reviews, quality issue resolution, and on-site build support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience, knowledge of STA quality and launch systems, English proficiency, and travel to the United States, Canada, and Mexico approximately 50–75% of the time. Compensation ranges from $84,480 to $141,360 for salary grade 7 and $96,720 to $162,160 for salary grade 8, with visa sponsorship unavailable.
