Description
Downer is hiring a permanent full-time Supervisor for its Pavement Rehabilitation team in Maddington, Western Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role leads and coordinates frontline crews, subcontractors, plant, suppliers, materials, documentation, reporting, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver road infrastructure and maintenance projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The position requires prior leadership experience, a background in road maintenance, pavement rehabilitation, civil construction, or a related industry, strong people-management and communication skills, workplace health and safety knowledge, organisational and problem-solving abilities, and a current driver licence.
