Description
The role provides therapeutic and person-centered direct support to people with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health concerns during crises, assists with the operation of a short-term therapeutic community residence, and supports stabilization and crisis prevention. It requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and overnights, along with household management, house maintenance, personal care, and safe-transfer skills. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred, while a high school diploma plus at least one year of human-services experience is an alternative qualification. The position pays $23-$25 per hour.
