HCRS is hiring a Stabilization Specialist to support individuals living with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and growing their independence. The role requires experience with co-occurring autism and mental health challenges, emotional resilience, empathy, patience, organizational and customer-service skills, collaboration with persons served and their families, and a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Compensation is $23-$25 per hour, with a $750 sign-on bonus and vacation, personal time, sick days, and holidays.
