Description
The organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to independently own full-cycle accounting, maintain financial records and compliance documentation, implement and manage an inventory tracking system, oversee general ledger, payables, receivables, job costing, and month-end close, and support payroll and cross-functional operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, at least five years of progressive experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP, and advanced Excel, and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Construction or manufacturing experience is preferred, along with the ability to work as a self-starting sole accountant in a dynamic environment.
