Buildots is hiring a Staff Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of its United States and Canadian entities. The role covers accounts receivable and payable, bank and credit-card reconciliation, employee expense processing, monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, audit support, financial analysis, and process improvement. It can be based in the Chicago or Austin office while working closely with the finance team in Israel. The position requires at least five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a high-tech or multinational company, experience with foreign entities and multi-entity accounting, and strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Mesh, and Expensify is advantageous. The salary range is $90,000-$110,000, with an equity package.
