Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a well-established organization in Fairfax, Virginia to hire a full-time Staff Accountant for a hybrid role. The position supports core operational accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, month-end close, reporting, audit documentation, process improvement, and ad hoc projects. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, while 1–3 years of accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred; ERP experience and Excel proficiency are also requested.
