Description
FirstLight is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of its fiber telecommunications company. The role maintains Cost of Sale accounting records, prepares journal entries, analyzes account balances and variances, supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, performs account reconciliations, and collaborates with finance, accounting, and operations teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 2–5 years of general accounting experience, accrual accounting knowledge, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and ERP proficiency; Netsuite is a plus.
