Mitchell Martin Inc. is hiring a full-time Staff Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina on a contract-to-hire basis. The role supports general accounting and financial reporting, including general ledger ownership, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement analysis, audit support, and variance analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, accrual-basis accounting and GAAP knowledge, financial statement preparation experience, and proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel.
