Description
Petco is hiring an Accounting Partner to support month-end closing, general ledger monitoring, account analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role rotates through accounting functional areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, inventory accounting, lease and fixed asset accounting, payroll, physical inventory, sales audit, and tax, and requires independent judgment, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is based at the Satellite Support Center in San Antonio, Texas, with little or no travel and possible weekend work.
