Description
The Staff Accountant supports daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations in a manufacturing environment, including accounts payable, expense reporting, cash transactions, general ledger recording, reconciliations, month-end activities, audits, and process documentation. The role reports to the Director of Finance and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 0–3 years of accounting and finance experience, advanced Excel knowledge, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The position is primarily office-based but may occasionally involve the shop floor and manufacturing-related hazards.
