Staff Accountant at Spring Health

Spring Health is hiring a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and accounting process improvements. The role reports to the Accounting Manager, requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least two years of progressive accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, ERP and spreadsheet proficiency, and AI fluency. It is a full-time hybrid position with one to two office days per month at the New York City office, occasional travel, and a target base salary of $66,500 to $83,085.
