Description
The Staff Accountant will own full-cycle accounting, document control, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, job costing, month-end closing, financial analysis, and inventory implementation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least five years of progressive accounting experience, with construction or manufacturing experience preferred. The accountant will use QuickBooks, ADP, and advanced Excel, support payroll-related tasks, and help build inventory processes from the ground up as the organization scales.
