Traba is hiring a Staff Agent Engineer to build and lead its AI agent platform for the industrial supply chain. The role owns agent architecture, orchestration, evaluation, observability, model strategy, integrations with WMS/TMS/ERP systems, and production deployment patterns, while partnering with the CTO and hiring and mentoring engineers. Candidates need 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years on LLM or agent-based systems, along with strong Python or TypeScript/Node.js, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and messaging expertise. The position offers equity, a $240,000–$300,000 salary range, and 100% paid health, dental, and vision coverage.
