Description
ServiceNow is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to own the technical delivery of AI Agent solutions for Moveworks customers and initiatives. The role partners with customers and the partner ecosystem through discovery, solution design, integration, implementation, tuning, launch, and post-sales support; advises customers on AI roadmaps; and feeds customer learnings back to engineering and product teams. It requires 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience, enterprise adoption experience, full-stack workflow and API integration expertise, and up to 25% travel. The role offers a base salary of $137,700 to $241,000 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
