Description
BetterHelp is hiring a Staff AI Enablement Engineer to build and govern AI tools for its engineering, product, design, analytics, and research organizations. The role owns the AI enablement roadmap, develops agents, MCP connectors, prompt and context libraries, retrieval systems, and workflow automations, and manages experiments, infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and adoption. It is a senior individual contributor role on the Platform team, fully remote with travel to the San Jose, California office up to three times per year, and offers a base salary of $170,000 to $215,000 plus bonus and benefits.
