Description
Trustly is hiring a Staff AI Enablement Engineer to design and maintain internal AI platforms, LLM infrastructure, prompt management, evaluation pipelines, and agentic workflow tooling. The role partners with product and engineering teams across finance, legal, operations, sales, and other functions to embed AI capabilities, establish quality and safety standards, prototype new models and architectures, and create reusable AI enablement resources. It requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems, LLM infrastructure, or applied ML in production environments, along with hands-on experience with RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, function calling, and multi-step agentic workflows.
