Description
Bluefish is hiring a Staff AI Engineer to lead architecture and execution for data platforms and LLM-powered marketing and advertising products. The role owns data pipelines, model integration, deployment, evaluation, reliability, cost, and quality; translates business requirements into data products; establishes engineering standards; mentors senior engineers; and collaborates with software, DevOps, product, and design teams. The position is linked to Bluefish’s Berlin location, with flexible remote work in Germany, and requires at least eight years of production data-systems experience, Python and service-architecture expertise, LLM deployment experience, and demonstrated leadership.
