Staff AI Engineer at Create Music Group

Create Music Group is hiring a Staff AI Engineer to own the architecture, deployment, reliability, and production delivery of CreateOS’s agentic AI layer. The role combines AI systems architecture with full-stack product engineering, covering agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, guardrails, evaluation, model and tool selection, production services, and end-to-end AI features. It also involves technical direction, standards, mentoring, and cross-functional partnership with product, M&A, A&R, and Marketing stakeholders. The position requires 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production agentic AI or LLM systems, and offers $190,000–$210,000 CAD per year with in-person attendance at the Hollywood office two to three times per week.
