Description
The Staff AI Engineer will lead the architecture, production deployment, reliability, evaluation, and operationalization of AI agents, copilots, and agentic systems for Spin’s AI Products Chapter. The role owns distributed-system reliability, incident response, guardrails, monitoring, cross-functional delivery, architecture trade-offs, and engineering standards, while mentoring engineers across the organization. Candidates need extensive software engineering experience, a proven track record of shipping and operating AI systems with real users, strong systems thinking, and the ability to lead initiatives autonomously.
