Visium is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to own complex, high-impact machine learning projects from architecture through production deployment. The role leads and mentors engineers, contributes hands-on code across data processing, modeling, and deployment pipelines, partners with clients on technical roadmaps, and drives ML best practices and MLOps. Candidates need 6–8 years of experience, strong Python and deep-learning expertise, LLM and RAG experience, production ML platform knowledge, and demonstrated technical and project leadership.
